Trufl is an on-demand seating platform that allows guests to wait less at busy restaurants by bidding on the next available table during peak times. The total amount bid may be used as a credit towards their food and beverage dining experience. The Trufl platform includes a guest profile CRM system that allows restaurants to create a personalized hospitality experience.

Job Title: Sales Account Executive

The Sales Associate position will primarily be responsible for working with the Trufl Sales Director. The vast majority of this role will be data mining and email and phone outreach to both cold and warm leads. This individual will assist with every part of the sales process, however 90% of their work will be lead generation, outreach and database maintenance. This position is a terrific opportunity for individuals looking for professional experience in a startup and can lead to Sales Manager position.

Job Type: Contractor

Total Compensation: Commission only. Target Monthly commission is $7,500(5 locations

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cold Call/Farming in designated territories for new Restaurant Partners
  • Identifying new markets to implement Trufl Products
  • Reaching and exceeding Restaurant Partner acquisition goals
  • Update new and current client list
  • Give feedback on Trufl products during daily sales meetings
  • Schedule Trufl Events with new and current Trufl Restaurant Partners
  • Perform Sales Presentations with decision makers of possible new Trufl Restaurant Partners
  • Set weekly sales strategies and goals for farming territories


  • Min 5 year experience in the Hospitality Industry
  • Min 3 year B2B sales experience
  • College Degree preferred, High school diploma or higher required
  • Strong sense of “Self Starter” attitude
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Proficient in PC and Mac operating systems and iOS and Android interfaces
  • Fluent in Secondary Language (not required)
  • Possesses Leadership attributes and team player mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Commission pay
