The Fox Theatre in Atlanta is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Ticketing Operations Coordinator.
The Ticketing Operations Coordinator provides operational and technical support to the Fox Theatre Ticket Office. This position assists the Ticket Operations Manager with all box office functions including staffing, cash control, event management, and promoter relations for the Fox Theatre.
Major Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain events on the Paciolan system, including ticket inventory, offers, discounts, holds, marketing request, and promoter needs as assigned.
  • Manage, update, and troubleshoot the ticketing system as required.
  • Assist the Manager, Ticket Operations with managing Ticket Office operations for approximately 200+ events per year; including night of show duties. (settlement, guest relations, staffing, etc.).
  • Represent the department in meetings as assigned.
  • Responsible for daily Cybersource reporting, ticket office receipts, show reporting, chargeback resolutions, and additional accounting responsibilities as assigned.
  • Assist with coordination of Ticket Office Supervisors and Associates, including staff meetings, scheduling, guest relations initiatives, and interviewing.
  • Coordinate and work with Group Sales and Fox tours on setup and builds.
  • Work closely with internal departments to provide analytics and data to measure effectiveness of campaigns, promotions, trends, and future opportunities.
  • In the absence of the Ticket Office Management, manage the day-to-day operations of the Ticket Office, including the Ticket Office personnel.
  • Other duties as directed
Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Must have minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in a ticketing environment.
  • Must have extensive experience working with ticketing software (preferably Paciolan) and Microsoft Office Products.
  • Must have experience working in an environment where customer service is a priority.
  • Must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times.
  • Must have demonstrated competencies in the areas of oral and written communications, customer service, and business ethics.
Essential Physical Requirements:
  • Should be able to remain stationary for long periods of time.
  • Should be able to traverse venue, including moving between floors.
  • Must be Able to lift a moderate amount of weight such as files and marketing materials.
Other Requirements:
  • Must be able to work variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Successful applicants must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screening and background check.

About the Marquee Club Presented by Lexus
The Marquee Club Presented by Lexus is the Fox Theatre’s premium club space open to Club Level seat holders or annual Members only. Adjacent to the theatre, the Moroccan and Middle Eastern-style club is 10,000 square feet of luxury space that includes five premium bars; three rooftop environments, including the climate-controlled Conservatory, patio covered Arcade Terrace and the outdoor Rooftop Terrace.
