You are a tactical strategist and Sales professional. You're happiest selling in the SaaS industry, where fast growth, a *very* brisk pace, and an innovative product are the norm. You sell the value and ROI of competitive software solutions by consulting with your clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and by efficiently allocating the resources of your regional Sales team. You've been selling for a while, so you know how to forecast, set and monitor metrics, leverage connections, and serve as a manager to a team of remotely located, quota-carrying Sales reps. You are ready to take on the challenge of creating, managing, and achieving Clarabridge's aggressive sales targets for your assigned territory.
What you'll do:
Manage everything relating to the overall sales process for you and your sales team- from developing and implementing an annual Sales Plan to budgets, forecasting, planning, staffing, and pipelining, your name is on all of it
Cultivate and maintain your own solid pipeline of well qualified opportunities
Land and expand is a key strategy to our growth-you will be expected to develop and maintain key accounts and identify new opportunities for the company to continue to deliver value and demonstrate the impact our product has to the client's customer success strategy
Partner with the Sales team, corporate leadership, and Talent & Culture to ensure the hiring and development of a top-notch sales team that includes established and competitive compensation plans, valuable training resources, and compelling sales incentive programs
Collaborate with Clarabridge leadership and your colleagues to improve our Sales processes, strategies, and resources
Be an informative, accessible evangelist of Clarabridge and its products at trade shows, conferences, industry meetings, and other events
Support your team by traveling as necessary within your territory
About you:
You've been selling innovative enterprise software and services for at least 6-8 years and have a great track record as an Account Manager and quota-exceeding Sales Representative
You identify and properly qualify business opportunities
You present business solutions at the executive level
You lead negotiations and overcome objections for deal closure
You manage complex sales cycles and multiple engagements simultaneously
You prepare accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reporting
You've spent the last 2+ years in a Sales leadership role and have a proven history of posting strong sales results against target plans
You pride yourself on being a great communicator and relationship manager, both with customers and with internal networks and other functional teams
Your team of Account Executives thrives under your sales coaching and management
You have a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
Bonus points if:
Your experience is within the CEM, Speech Analytics, Call Center Technology Experience, Financial Services or Business Intelligence landscapes
You've been selling and leading a team of Account Executives operating in a high-growth software or software-related services business
